At The Fade Factory , we're committed to providing every client with a professional, respectful, and high-quality experience. Our policies are designed to keep things running smoothly for for both clients and barbers. Please review the guidelines below before booking your appointment.

APPOINTMENTS & WALK-INS

  • We accept appointments and walk-ins, but appointments take priority.

  • If you walk in, wait times may vary depending on availability.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS

  • A 10-minute grace a period is allowed for all appointments.

  • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or pushed behind walk-ins.

  • After 2 no-shows, you may be required to pay a deposit before future bookings.

  • Please call or send a message 12 hours if you aren't able to make your appointment.

SHOP EXPECTATIONS

  • We maintain a family-friendly respectful atmosphere.

  • No loud cursing, inappropriate conversations, or disruptive behavior while be tolerated.

  • We ask that if children are brought in, either for appointment or general attendance, that they are able to sit still for a service and ask that guardians remain present during the appointment.
